Transmission & Distribution
Electrical facilities for transmission and distribution of power are an essential part of modern life and do not take a day off. To ensure that their reliability is maintained, these facilities must comply with regulations that require them to deliver power in a manner that is safe, secure, and dependable. To help fulfill these rigorous requirements, we design and develop turnkey solutions that range from conceptualization, full-service design, system studies, system protection, startup, commissioning, and system integration.
Sophisticated electrical power systems are required for power generation, transmission, and distribution. This includes the design and protection against abnormal power system conditions and the proper selection of protective relays, generators, transformers, circuit breakers, circuit switchers, gang operated switches, conductors, busbars, and power factor correction capacitors. The use of intelligent protective relaying allows greater capabilities for system protection, communication, SCADA control, and trending. A proper protection and control (P&C) design will ensure that reliability, operability, and security aspects are maintained. We recognize that every transmission and distribution project has unique requirements and correspondingly develop customized electrical power solutions to fulfill their mission.
Our capabilities include:
Electrical T&D Systems (rated up to 345kV)
Indoor/Outdoor Substation Facilities
Generation Interconnect Systems
SCADA System Monitoring
Distribution Automation
Protection & Controls (including IEC 61850)
Grounding and Lightning Protection
